Maison Burdisso is a French Patisserie that specializes in Parisian/French Macaron. We have been making Macarons in Houston since 2006 using our family recipe that was handed down from Charles Burdisso Maitre Patissier of Maison Burdisso Patisserie in Antibes France. Our macarons come in over 70 Flavors (www.maisonburdisso.com / Flavors) and we are always adding new flavors. Although our flavors a

re often copied they are not quite the same intensity as ours. Chocolate truffles and other French patisseries are available for special orders! Macaron Trees & Pyramids can be ordered for special events.
