Meet Chef Gustavo 👨🏻‍🍳

Born in Mexico City with family roots in Michoacán, Chef Gustavo Ceja Zepeda brings more than 20 years of experience and a deep love for Mexican cuisine to Ambriza.

For him, it’s all about honoring traditional flavors and techniques while giving them a fresh perspective. His favorites? The Campechano Tacos and Costras — simple dishes where flavor, technique, and texture come together.

And when he’s not in the kitchen? You’ll probably find him discovering new restaurants, checking out cars, or doing what he loves most: cooking for family and friends. ❤️
