U-Maki is an exciting new addition to the fast casual restaurant scene in Houston. Bringing an innovative twist to traditional Japanese cuisine, U-Maki’s made-to-order, hand held sushi burrito allows our customers to select from a wide range of ingredients while eliminating the costs and time commitment of a more formal setting. Patrons will be able to create their own sushi burrito from scratch or choose from one of our house favorite combinations. We offer over 40 kinds of ingredients to make your custom creation roll. From salmon to softshell crab, our customers can find their own style and experience a new flavor every time!
