Housed in the historic Dittman building minutes from downtown, B&B Butchers & Restaurant is Houston's newest locally owned and operated steakhouse and butcher shop. At B&B, quality is king and service reigns supreme under the watchful eye of seasoned proprietor, Benjamin Berg. The butcher shop provides a complete bespoke butcher and delicatessen experience featuring some of the finest and most tho

ughtfully sourced products within Texas and beyond. The steakhouse provides an elegant dining experience paired with a menu boasting some of the finest Texas raised Wagyu beef as well as in-house dry-aged USDA prime beef – all hand cut daily in the butcher shop. Standouts include: Wagyu Carpaccio, raw bar selections, dry-aged double cut prime steaks, fresh seafood and classics such as Châteaubriand for two and beef Wellington. The dining experience includes the availability of three private dining rooms as well as full service dining on the rooftop patio with the Downtown Houston skyline serving as a brilliant backdrop.

In Houston, enjoy a $25 two-course lunch with The Butcher Shop Burger, B&B Italian Special Salad, and an 8-ounce Filet. The $55 three-course dinner includes Iceberg Wedge, Chef Tommy's Bacon, Pan Seared Salmon, Rigatoni a la Vodka, 8-ounce Filet, and New York Cheesecake.
