Tamal Tasting. Saturday March 7, 2020. From 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Lent is here and I have an alternative to fish. Even though we make Seafood Gumbo on Fridays. Spinach, Portobello Mushroom, Queso Fresco, Black Bean, Pinto Bean, Mixed Vegetable, and Sweet. Plus all are meat tamales. Now Federal USDA Certified. Spec's Liquor Stores that sell Gourmet Food all over Texas Sell our Tamales. Seven different kinds. $15.14 per Dozen. Tell your Family and friends in Texas.
I have to apologize for saying we were opening on Sundays. I was talked into opening on Sundays and then the employee backed out. I have to try to trust people and I am told I trust to much. One of my weaknesses in business. I can not do everything. But I want to give more jobs to people.
My goal is to make Tamales A Mano profitable before my lease is up in June. I know, advertise. But if you do not make enough money to advertise. This is what I have, Next-door and you.

We Passed our USDA inspections and will be certified on the 16th of December. Look for our Tamales in Spec's Liquors with Food soon after that date. Six years, finally did what most thought impossible for us. Especially after a few strokes
