Lisa, what a great project for your students! Purchasing cargo bikes that enable Rwandan coffee farmers to transport their own beans to be processed will improve the lives of their families. Opening your students eyes to the world is so important. My next purchase will be from Rwanda. Can your suggest any Rwandan Fair Grade Organic ? Roasting and shipping Tuesday 2/9/10 newly arrived Ethiopian Harrar coffee beans. Grown on small farms on the eastern side of the country, Harrar has a unique aroma of blueberries or black berries and is often used in espresso.
