fun fact: the first cheesecake I sold was to a lone star north harris english professor for an english class I was taking for a summer. I told her I had lost my scholarship and she offered to be the first sale.

I'm thankful for that one cheesecake that turned my life into a wild ride :)

Pastelitos is going to Seattle! ✈️✈️

Or well I am hahaha, but I wanted to let y’all know that I will not be taking orders in June! Which means if you need a cheesecake in that time, you’ll need to order towards the end of this month!

We do have freezer friendly options:
- Cajeta
- Raspberry
- Cocoa Caramel
- White Chocolate Raspberry
- Cookies and Cream
- Plain Vanilla
- Churro bars

So that if you need a cheesecake in June, we still got you! Our cheesecakes freeze beautifully for up to 3 weeks! I just wanted to let you know with time 🫶🏼

But hey! If you know anyone in Seattle, let them know cheesecake girl will be up there!

Fresas con Crema Cheesecake ✨

this one is a play on strawberry milkshake from february with a twist and inspo from our tiramisu cheesecake, so you can enjoy all the flavors and textures in one beautifully smooth bite 🫶🏼

y’all normally I take the first cheesecake of the new flavor and hand it out to my taste testers, but this one was so good it stayed in my fridge as a late night snack and I’m on my last couple of bites right now so I figured it was time to release it 🥹

The May order form is out now as well as our Mother’s Day pick up date this Saturday from 8am-1pm!
