Hi, beautiful earthlings! 👽💚

Thank you so much for being patient with us. As expected, we’ve run into a few more challenges along the way—which is pretty common when opening a new location, especially in a different part of the city.

Right now we think it would be fortunate if we could begin our soft opening in mid October, Our goal is not to open any later than that, but at this point it is completely out of our hands It’s all depending on City of Houston and how long will they take until give us all the approval that we need. we’ll continue to keep you updated every step of the way.

You might be wondering why we’re doing a soft opening instead of jumping straight into a grand opening. The reason is that this kitchen is very different from our previous location. Our old kitchen was custom-built for our workflow, while this one required us to adapt and redesign how we operate. Because of that, we’ve made quite a few changes to our menu and kitchen processes.

A soft opening will give our team—especially all of our amazing new crew members—the opportunity to get comfortable in the new space, fine-tune everything, and make sure we’re delivering the experience and quality you deserve before our grand opening.

Thank you again for your patience, encouragement, and support. Your support truly means the universe to us. We can’t wait to welcome you aboard our new and serve you soon. Even though Sugar Land will always be home, we now know where our UFO landing site is wanted most.
•
We’ll be taking a much needed family vacation from June 14th–19th to reset and get ready for the new chapter. Since this falls during our final weeks in Sugar Land, the restaurant will remain open, with our amazing team running the mothership while we (Jaime & Roozi) are away.
Because they won’t have our extra hands, we’ve simplified the menu and adjusted our hours to make things easier for them. We kindly ask for your patience and support if you visit during that time, we appreciate you more than you know! We’ll be back for our final week with a full menu, and June 27th will mark our last day in Sugar Land.
We’ll reopen in as soon as everything is ready. As many of you know, permitting can take some time, but we’ll keep you updated every step of the way including the exact address once everything is completed.
While this new chapter takes us a bit farther from home, we’re incredibly grateful and excited! we truly believe this is the right move. Thank you for growing with us.
And if you haven’t already, please go support our lovely friends at 🌱 🌱They’ll be the only vegan restaurant in the Sugar Land area, with amazing food and wonderful people, we eat there every week! 👽❤️‍🔥
