Hi, I'm Lakeisha Brown — Founder and Lead Chef of 𝘓𝘈 𝘉𝘳𝘰𝘸𝘯𝘴 𝘉𝘢𝘬𝘪𝘯𝘨 & 𝘊𝘢𝘵𝘦𝘳𝘪𝘯𝘨.

What started in Lafayette, Louisiana in 2015 has grown into a thriving Houston-based catering company built on one simple belief: food brings people together.

For more than a decade, I've had the privilege of serving incredible clients through corporate events, nonprofit galas, school celebrations, church functions, private gatherings, and everything in between. Every menu is created with our promise in mind: 𝗙𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗵. 𝗜𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲. 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹.

Over the years, my journey has been featured in ESSENCE, Women's World, Newsweek, Avid.com, and other publications that have highlighted my passion for food, entrepreneurship, and community.

But my proudest accomplishment isn't being featured in magazines—it's seeing people connect around a table, celebrate life's milestones, and create memories over meals prepared with care.

Today, 𝘓𝘈 𝘉𝘳𝘰𝘸𝘯𝘴 𝘉𝘢𝘬𝘪𝘯𝘨 & 𝘊𝘢𝘵𝘦𝘳𝘪𝘯𝘨 proudly serves the Houston and Humble communities through event catering and weekly office lunch deliveries every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

I'm here to connect with event planners, HR professionals, nonprofit leaders, educators, churches, and business owners who believe great food can elevate every experience.
