Happy Friday Everyone! Sorry for the long post, but some really exciting news!

Some of you may already know this, but BLISS BAKERY & Cheese ‘N Cake are one and the same. We have introduced a Gourmet Grilled Cheese concept within the bakery, using exclusively Boar's Head for all of our Deli Meats and Cheeses, and Nueske's Applewood Smoked Meats for our Bacon. We also have delicious chips made by Dirty Potato Chips, a kettle style chip where they slice the potatoes with the skins still on, so not only do you get more nutrients, but also more flavor!

All sandwiches are grilled with our signature Mayo/European Butter Blend, Parmesan Cheese, and finished with Sea Salt.

Here are our Grilled Cheese Options right now (more to come next week):
The Club Above - Oven Roasted Turkey, Imported Swiss Cheese, Cherrywood Smoked Bacon, Romaine Lettuce, Tomatoes, S&P, EVOO, Chipotle Mayo (at the last minute), all on Sourdough.

The Apple Bottom Brie - Tart Apples, French Brie, Caramelized Onions, Balsamic Glaze, Locally Made Honey from Gulf Coast Honey Bee Farms, all on Hearty Multigrain.

The Classic - Vermont White Cheddar, REAL American Cheese, Imported Swiss Cheese, on Texas Toast.
