Chef Tre has garnered local and national acclaim, earning a spot in 225 Magazine's esteemed Class of 2024 People to Watch. As chef and co-owner, Tremaine honed his skills at the Louisiana Culinary Institute, mastering the intricacies of the culinary world.

Before launching his first branded concept, Tre's Street Kitchen, he served as Executive Chef at The Little Village in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Under the mentorship of esteemed chefs like Ryan Andre, John Lundin, and Darrell Harris, Tremaine cultivated a wealth of experience and expertise.

Kristen C. Smith-Devine, the Co-Founder and Chief Experience Officer of Tre’s Street Kitchen, is one of the 2025 Entrepreneurial Women of Impact honorees.

In October, Tre’s Street Sauce® was featured at the Taste of Louisiana Showcase at the iconic Chelsea Market in New York City — a Louisiana Travel Partnership Opportunity led by Explore Louisiana and the Louisiana Travel Association

Being able to showcase a Louisiana-made, chef-crafted product on a national stage reaffirmed what many of our partners already know:

Tre’s Street Sauce® is more than a condiment.
It’s a brand with growing demand, strong institutional credibility, and clear CPG potential.

As we expand our impact across higher education, corporate dining, and government food service, we’re also scaling our consumer packaged goods line. Our first retail placement will be announced soon, marking a new chapter for the product that helped build our company.

Until then, Tre’s Street Sauce® remains available direct-to-consumer as we grow our retail footprint.

Today, Tre’s Street Kitchen® had the honor of partnering with Mayor-President Sid Edwards and an incredible coalition of restaurant leaders to serve families impacted by the SNAP pause.

For us, this is more than a meal service. It is our mission in action.Tre’s Street Kitchen® was created to bridge food service gaps and bring culture, quality, and connection back to the table, especially for communities who need it most.

We were able to serve every single guest who came through until 2PM, and every plate reminded us why we do what we do: because food is service, and service is opportunity.

To every family we met, we see you, we stand with you, and we will keep showing up.
To our partners and volunteers, thank you for reminding us what collective impact truly looks like.
