🗽❤️ NEW YORK, Y’ALL SHOWED UP AND SHOWED OUT LAST NIGHT! ❤️🗽

First off, THANK YOU for all the love and support. We honestly underestimated the turnout. For a moment, it didn’t even feel like Houston—we felt like we were right in the middle of Queens or Manhattan! The New York energy was unreal, and y’all packed The Decoy from wall to wall.

We also want to sincerely apologize for the long wait times. We were not prepared for the incredible crowd that showed up, and unfortunately we had to issue refunds to some guests after selling out. That’s on us, and we appreciate everyone’s patience and understanding.

The good news? We learned a lot.

For the next watch party at The Decoy, Blazin Cajun will be LOCKED AND LOADED. We’ll be bringing more inventory, more staff, and a better game plan to make sure we don’t sell out and to keep wait times as short as possible.

One thing I truly love about the crawfish community is how it brings complete strangers together and somehow turns everybody into one big family. 🦞❤️

What started as cookoffs, boils, and weekend events turned into real friendships, lifelong memories, and people who genuinely support each other on and off the field. We’ve laughed together, competed together, helped each other, celebrated wins together, and even picked each other up during tough times.

At the end of the day, it’s bigger than crawfish. It’s the people, the friendships, and the family we built along the way. Grateful for every single connection this community brought into our lives.

Some people come into your life at the perfect time and end up becoming family ❤️

We met Debra & Shawn towards the end of our Blazin journey, but from the moment we met them, they’ve done nothing but support, believe in, and invest into us and our team. In a world where a lot of people wait to see you win first, y’all believed in us without hesitation and that’s something we’ll never forget.

What started off as Christina’s friendship through the crawfish network turned into genuine family after one simple family outing on the boat. Ever since then, y’all have been stuck with us 😂❤️

Debra has been one of the biggest hype women for Team Blazin. Always supporting us, defending us, celebrating our wins like they were her own, and constantly showing love to our family. She’s the type of person that brings life and positivity everywhere she goes. From sponsoring our events, to making random “fake birthdays” for our daughter just because she loves celebrating people 😂🎉… that’s just who she is. A person with a huge heart.

Sean, thank you too brother for always rocking with us and supporting our crazy crawfish life. We appreciate you more than you know.

We’re truly grateful for y’all and thankful this crawfish world brought us together. Friendships like this are rare and we’ll never take it for granted.

Crawfish Critic Cookoff & Festival
THANK YOU to the SCCA Cookoffs for putting on the BIGGEST and most amazing crawfish cookoff event to date. the amount of hard work, teams, supporters, and atmosphere this weekend was truly something special.

we gave it everything we had but sometimes the judges have different opinions, and that’s just part of competing. no complaints here, just grateful to even be part of something this big.

one thing we absolutely loved was hearing everyone’s feedback about our crawfish. seeing people come back for seconds, hearing all the compliments, and watching so many of y’all hang out at our tent all weekend truly meant the world to us. our tent stayed full of good vibes.

🦞🔥 As the 2026 crawfish season officially comes to an end, we just want to take a moment to sincerely THANK every single person that supported Team Blazin Cajun HTX these last six years. 🔥🦞

This season didn’t end exactly the way we hoped. 2 division and out of 85 of some of the BEST teams around, we finished 32nd place at the biggest stage of the year. Honestly… not what we expected from ourselves, especially after consistently being a Top 10 team for years. But that’s competition, and sometimes things just don’t fall your way.

At the end of the day, we never complain, make excuses, or throw tantrums. We respect the judges, congratulate the winners, and keep it moving with our heads held high. We do this because we truly LOVE boiling, competing, traveling, and creating memories with our family, friends, teammates, and supporters.

The last 6 years have honestly been an unforgettable ride. From the small local cookoffs to competing at some of the biggest events in Texas… we built friendships, memories, connections, and experiences we’ll carry forever.

Most importantly, NONE of this would’ve been possible without our amazing sponsors, supporters, volunteers, family, and friends who believed in us and helped us every step of the way — whether it was financially, physically, emotionally, or simply sharing a post and showing love.
