Smoked Turkey $45 (bring your own) $70 (if I supply)
Smoke ham $30 (bring your own) $50 (supplied)
Briskets $40 (b.y.o.) $65 (supplied)
Ribs $15 per slab (b.y.o.)
Whole chicken or Cornish hen $10 a piece
Sausage $5 a ring
Family size pan sides $35 a pan
Will work with prices for full dinner.
Sides consist of mixed greens, mac and cheese, deviled eggs, stuffing, broccoli cheese and rice casserole, baked beans, roasted corn, potato salad, green beans and corn on the cob.
