Wassup Beanie Faninies!
We want to introduce you to our not so new Barista and Bean.
Meet Jamie ! They have been on the squad for a few months now but we haven’t had the chance to highlight them yet! Jamie’s favorite drink is a classic flat white sometimes with caramel if they are “feeling saucy!” 😉. We are so incredibly honored to have them on the team and are excited for them to serve you soon!
Our newish bean is from Muinami Estate in the Western Rift Valley of Kenya. This coffee is incredible special, while most Kenyan coffee is washed process this coffee is processed as an anaerobic natural. This process shows of intensely sweet and fruit notes and often leads to a heavier body. In this coffee we can still pull out the terroir specific profile that is well known from Kenya while adding that extra kick of flavor. We don’t have a lot of this coffee left so be sure to grab a bag before it’s gone. We proudly sourced this coffee with .
