Our Black varietal is our strongest and boldest, for those who enjoy strong coffee and espresso. Legacy is the smoothest coffee we’ve ever had - smooth, crisp, and bright. Red Honey varietal is very special - unique and sweet, with amazing tasting notes. Wine varietal is our most special - fruity and light, with extraordinary notes and nuances.
All our varietals score as specialty grade (84+, go to: www.scaa.org), and come directly from carefully selected farms in the Gayo Highlands of Sumatra, Indonesia - Best known for Arabica coffees of low acidity, rich character, strong body and complex flavors. Our coffee cherries are hand picked, only when ripe red and ready. Our beans are then carefully processed and sorted to ensure consistently exceptional flavors.
