I know we haven't been operational in a while, due to a family medical situation, but if you could help us get the word out, we would really appreciate it! Last week Mr. Earl's Place food trailer was stolen from our regular business where we'd had it parked the last year. If you see it anywhere, please reach out and let us know! We're offering a small reward to anyone who assists in getting it recovered!

BTW, we cook our corn, sausage, and potatoes separately from the crawfish, so if you have problems with shellfish, you still get that great flavor with less risk!
Disclaimer-we cook separately from the shellfish but cannot guarantee there isn't any cross contamination. If you have a severe allergy please order at your own risk.

Just a glimpse of some of the stuff that goes into our crawfish. We cook our corn, potatoes, and sausage separately from the crawfish bit in the same seasoning blend. That was those who can't have shellfish, or don't like crawfish (gasp!) can still eat them. Check us out! You won't be disappointed!
