Our pie of the week is German Chocolate Starting today Thursday June 2nd through Wednesday June 8th.
We start with a Belgian chocolate custard topped with a rich toasted pecan and coconut icing all baked in our handmade butter crust.

Community of Uvalde Texas,
I have no clue as to the heartbreak and hopelessness yall have been feeling in the wake of the horrible tragedy that took place only a few days ago.
The folks of the Katy/Fort Bend County area want to show that we care about yall and your ongoing health dealing with this horrible tragedy. We are offering you FREE PIE and HUGS for Memorial Day Monday May 30th and the day after Tuesday May 31st. I own a pie company called Proud Pie and we are closing for those two days just to bake pies for yall. We will be arriving at the Civic Center in town around 12:30pm Each day. It will take us a little bit to set up our tables etc, but we should be ready to serve you around 1pm or so. Some of the worship team of Thrive Church Fulshear will be with us to share a listening ear and give big hugs if needed. We hope that we can at least bring a small bit of joy to your lives for a day or two. We will be bringing over a thousand slices each day, so please come and get some free pie!

The Peanut Butter Accomplice Pie
We took our Death by Chocolate Bread Pudding Pie recipe and subtracted the chocolate chips but added back in Reeses Pieces and a zig-zag of our Peanut Butter Caramel. Now Death by Chocolate has a Peanut Butter Accomplice!
This will be available starting Thursday May 12th until Wednesday May 19th.

Hey Houston! Proud Pie Citycentre will be open in a few months, but this weekend would be a great time to head to our Katy store and see what the fuss is all about!

Death by Chocolate Bread Pudding Pie Is BACK!!!
Rich cocoa butter custard poured over croissant pieces and baked in our hand rolled pie shell with Ghirardelli chocolate drops and white chocolate drops and drizzled with more Ghirardelli chocolate sauce. This pie should be served warm and its great with a scoop of Blue Bell vanilla. Available from Thursday April 21st to Wednesday April 27th.

The Red Velvet Madness is Back!!!
We took our incredible Red Velvet pound cake and tossed it into our cream cheese French silk. We then added a nice layer of our sweet whipped cream and a swirl of Ghirardelli chocolate sauce. This is a great pie to bring home to the Family!

We are still in the building stages, but our sister shop in Katy has a great special this week!

King Cake Pie!
This is its second return till Fat Tuesday!
Our Raspberry Cream Cheese King Cake Pie is a creamy layer of cheesecake batter with fresh raspberry sauce swirled in and baked in our all butter crust, topped with a wheel of cobbler dough. We glaze it with sticky icing and finish it with Mardi Gras sugar.
We think it’s Pretty Dern Good.
