We're excited to officially debut our "Summer of Soccer" menu alongside our friends at Central Market, featuring a collection of globally inspired pizzas created specifically for this Summer's tournament.

Join us starting at 11:00am as Germany takes on Curaçao, followed by Netherlands vs. Japan later in the afternoon. It's a rare opportunity to enjoy Coastline on a Sunday as we open our doors exclusively for today's event.

This Sunday, June 14th at 11:00am, we're kicking off our "Summer of Soccer" collaboration during the Germany vs. Curaçao match.

Over the past several weeks, our teams have worked side-by-side tasting, testing, and sourcing ingredients to create a collection of globally inspired pizzas celebrating the flavors and cultures of this Summer's tournament.

Join us as members of the Central Market Cooking School team visit the pizzeria for their first off-site event of its kind and the debut of the menu.

It's also a rare opportunity to enjoy Coastline on a Sunday, as we'll be opening our doors exclusively for the occasion.

"Pizza Margherita Day" honors the 1889 creation of the Margherita Pizza, a simple combination of tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil inspired by the colors of the Italian flag, and named in honor of Queen Margherita of Savoy.

At Coastline, we keep that tradition alive with our "Margherita D.O.P" featuring D.O.P. San Marzano tomatoes, mozzarella di bufala, and fresh basil.

Join us tomorrow, Thursday, June 11th at 2:00pm as Mexico takes on South Africa in the opening match of the tournament. Then on Sunday, June 14th at 11:00am, we'll host our "Summer of Soccer" kickoff event during Germany vs. Curaçao, featuring the debut of our exclusive collaboration menu with !

We're quickly approaching our CM x Coastline collaboration kickoff during the Germany vs. Curaçao match on Sunday, June 14th at 11am.

While we can't reveal the full menu just yet, we can share one of the pizzas that almost made the final cut. Throughout the development process, our teams experimented with dozens of ingredients, flavor combinations, and ideas.

This particular pie featured several ingredients we loved working with, finished with blackened shrimp made by Chef Cody, and a few other touches that made it a tough one to leave behind.

The official menu reveal is coming soon and we can't wait to share what made the final lineup.

The collaboration will consist of a special limited-time menu inspired by countries participating in this Summer’s matches, bringing new pizzas, flavors, and experiences.

We’re also excited to share that the collaboration will officially kick off with a special pop-up event at the pizzeria featuring members of the Central Market Cooking School team working alongside our kitchen for the first off-site event of its kind for their program.
