Good evening everyone!
I wanted to get on here about an incident that happened today at the store. I may get a bit of backlash for this but I’m tired of biting my tongue when it comes to certain things.
Today we had a customer come in and placed an order, not going into specifics because truthfully it doesn’t matter. The point of the matter is, I had three dedicated employees working lunch, it was a bit busy and this particular customer I’m assuming must have been having a really bad day. He began yelling and cursing at my staff, very loudly with a store full of people. My staff attempted to de-escalate this individual by talking to him and trying to find out what the problem was, he stated “F__ this place” and walked out.
I want to say this, my staff will do everything they can to help a customer and we will do whatever it takes to make sure a customer has a good experience at our store. If we know about a mistake, we will make it right. What I won’t tolerate is a customer coming in and being downright ignorant and disrespectful towards my staff and acting this way in my store. So if you are on a time crunch, call ahead. If you are having a bad day and you aren’t able to control your attitude or your mouth then I ask that you come back in when you are having a better day.
My staff mean a the world to me and they don’t deserve this treatment and I won’t tolerate it.
Everyone have a great evening and thank you to all our loyal customers, we truly appreciate you!
