Kicking off our Hispanic Heritage Month celebration by highlighting a dish inspired by the bold and comforting flavors or México- our Carne Asada 🥩

Our take on a Mexican classic starts with tender Arrachera, marinated and grilled to bring out its rich flavor. It’s topped with marinated onions, and served alongside gallo pinto, yuca, and sweet maduros for the perfect balance of smoky, savory and sweet.
