Today we had the honor of feeding the faculty and staff at Sinclair elementary school.
Shout outs to Sinclair Elementary PTO and all the parents who treated the entire staff to lunch and left special messages.
We look forward to serving Sinclair elementary again.
We hope to work with other school PTAs and PTOs.

Tostón Brisket Nachos 🇵🇷

We took two things Houston loves, crispy tostones and slow-smoked brisket and stacked ‘em high, glazed in our signature True Bark BBQ sauce. Sweet, smoky, a little sticky, all bark.

Raquel and I kept climbing even when it got hard - late nights, tight budgets, moments we almost gave up. But we kept pushing.
Now True Bark BBQ has a trailer. Proof that the struggle was worth it. We’ll be serving up our Tex-Mexi-Rican eats soon.
