Southern Smoke Festival always brings together the very best of Houston and beyond for a day filled with so, so much amazing food and bev, great music, and the best energyโ€”always highlighting the incredible strength of the restaurant community.

At the heart of it all is Southern Smoke Foundation and its mission to support the restaurant and hospitality workers who make our industry so special. Weโ€™re proud to celebrate alongside the chefs, bartenders, volunteers, and countless friends who showed up to make a difference.

Portugal is MARCHโ€™s region of focus this season, and for one night, weโ€™re taking that exploration campus-wide.

On September 28th, the entire Goodnight Hospitality campus becomes a walk-around celebration of all things Portugal, with 12 wineries, visiting winemakers, native grapes, regional discoveries, and food from the Goodnight Hospitality culinary team.

Espaรฑa Verde stretches like an emerald ribbon along Spainโ€™s Atlantic coast, a landscape that feels closer to Ireland than to the sunbaked image of Spain that lives in the imagination.
