We specialize in homemade frybread as the staple of our business, and build our menu around it. Frybread is a Native American food, found mostly in the Midwest. Frybread is a flat dough fried or deep-fried in oil, shortening, or lard. The dough is generally leavened by yeast or baking powder. Our frybread is made with 8 different ingredients. Frybread was created in the 1800s, when Native American

s were forced onto reservations and given rations of flour and lard by the government. Native Americans did what they could, and fried bread in lard. Our frybread is lightly fried in canola oil, and we serve it proudly as the staple of our truck.

We'll be at the 180 Horse Landing Rd. today in front of the Old Courthouse in King William.

You can see us from Rte 30. Come on out from 11:30-1:30. We'll be running 3 specials in Honor of Dolly Parton!

The Dolly Special: Our Homemade frybread topped with field greens, Hanover tomatoes, homemade pimento cheese and real bacon crumbles served with fries $16.50

The Steel Magnolia: Our homemade frybread topped with 2- 1/8 lb. hot dogs, homemade pimento cheese and bacon crumbles served with fries $16.50

The 9 to 5: A basket of fries topped with our homemade chili and cheese sauce $10 (Dolly had a weakness for taters) 😉
