I'm serving this menu Tomorrow evening at 6:00 pm at Natalu Vineyard and again on Saturday night. We have a few spots left. The cost is $65.00 per person. April 4th:
Crispy Crab Balls, Thai sweet chili sauce
Dandelion salad
Clove studded Ham, Au Gratin Potatoes
Gourmet Cheese Plate
Home made cannoli

April 25th
Grilled Oysters Mignoinette
Asparagus and Prosciutto Salad
Fig,Blue Cheese, and Arugala Flatbread
Chicken Jarvis, stuffed with crab, pinenuts and rosemary
Lemon upside down Olive Oil Cake

May 16th
Spring Vegetable Soup
Crab Rangoon
Asian Napa Salad
Swiss Chard Wrapped Halibut
White Chocolate Mousse

May 29th
Gougere stuffed with Devilled ham
Belgian Endive Salad, Green Goddess
Ravioli Nudi
Veal Tournedo Morello
Chocolate Gingerbread Cake

The dates in May could change but I think they will stand. Please comment on how you think they flow. I'll write them in stone by early next week
Might also switch the ravioli Nudi and Crab Rangoon

Sunday was the Pasta Cook off at Coho Brewery to benefit a law enforcement scholarship at Middle Township Votech. Lots of fun. I placed 2nd of 14 entries. Bragging rights and a free jury box tasting. That's 4 oz ad 13 different beers. I made a shrimp and Andouille pasta over Homemade fettucini in a shrimp and lobster cream sauce.

What a busy week. Mardi Gras wine pairing dinner on Saturday for 40 people at Natali Vineyards. Chicken Giumbo, Alligator Creole, sweet corn and Andouille Fritters, Crayfish Etouffe, and Beignets with Bananas Foster. Cafe du Monde chicory coffee. Everyone had a great time and it was a very memorable evening. These dinners are a unique dining experience. Much different than a restaurant setting and the communal vibe is infectious. If you you Havnt had a chance to attend one yet, make it a priority. Remember they sell out 3 weeks before the function.
