What better way to kik off festival time with a Dolly Day 9/25. This Friday. Lots of us know what the Dolly Parton's Imagination Library is about. Rotary Centennial Plaza Mainly ....to foster reading at an early age. Sending books through the mail reaching so many in Terrebonne Parish to all show sign up. And of course A DOLLY PARDON LOOK-A-LIKE fun contest at 7 pm. Check it out at TFAE.org Here in the parish has graduated some 3500 from 2 years to 5 years and you geaux! Imagine as a child looking to go to the mailbox every month while in the program and getting a new book! Founded by Ms Dolly just one of her bountiful contributions in her lifetime. Come celebrate!!! I left a couple hours ago and an got this artist masterpiece window art on two windows looking like ITS FESTIVAL TIME DOWNTOWN Houma Main Street AS WELL AS ROUGAROU GREAT EVENT around the corner...... and this year a bus will be running downtown and to event and back.
