The waters that we are dredging in are still passing the testing. Our boats are also inspecting the oysters as they are being dredged onto the boat. Our main priority is the safety of our customers.

🦪We do have some gallons of oysters available this weekend. 🦪

I know there are a lot of concerns regarding the waters due to the oil spill. The oysters did not have any oil (we would not sell them if they did). Eventhough the water test came back good we are still monitoring on our own and using our judgment. No matter what the safety of our customers, and the quality of oyster we provide is our top priority.

As we are sure most of y'all know certain areas of water are closed due to the oil spill. Unfortunately, the areas that our oysters come from are in those areas.

We are praying that the oil will be cleaned up soon & will have minimal impacts on the seafood industry.
