It's been a good run, friends.

It's with a sad heart that we are having to close the food truck. Due to the rising costs of ingredients and supplies, we are having a hard time serving a quality product at a sensible price. It is not fair to our customers to have to pass along the increases but we cannot continue to operate the way we are now.

We have enjoyed meeting every single one of you. We will continue to pray for you all.

We will be closed today due to moving the food truck. Thank you to all of our customers this Mardi Gras season. We enjoyed meeting all of our new friends and seeing some familiar faces!
