Our oven is officially retiring after years of loyal service and thousands of pizzas baked.

We'll be spending the day giving the old guy a proper send-off and welcoming our new oven to the team.

The very last Fiddlehead Pizza of the year has officially left the oven! Thank you to everyone who made this seasonal favorite such a huge success. We look forward to bringing it back again next spring when fiddleheads are in season.

Huge thank you to Pine Tree Food Equipment for getting our oven back up and running! We will be open tomorrow for our regular hours, 11am-8pm. We are down to our last batch of fiddleheads so if you have been meaning to give the fiddlehead pizza a try make sure you order one before they are gone! See you tomorrow!

We will be closed today, Thursday, May 28, 2026! Our ovens decided they needed a mental health day! We have the oven whisperer coming in to see if we can get them over the hump and back in business. Stay Tuned!

On a different note - we ordered new ovens a month or so ago and they're scheduled to be installed on June 10th!! Everyone think good thoughts and pray that our old oven can make it that long!
