After six amazing years, thanks to all of our customers, we have decided to sell The Vault Restaurant business and the building at 64 Main Street, in Houlton.

The success of The Vault has been refined like a recipe tested and adjusted for each night of service with our family of customers, our striving-for-excellence crew, and our irreplaceable Head Chef. Without him, an essential ingredient is missing.

We’re closing now, in hopes that the success of our favorite place to eat, drink, and be merry will continue under new ownership. Call Kristen at 207-837-3430 for more information.

Happy Thursday! We're excited to serve you great food and drinks this week. Our special back by popular demand is Lobster Alfredo. We also have some amazing crab cakes on the menu this weekend. Made in house with fresh crab, they're moist on the inside, crunchy on the outside, and served with a creamy remoulade sauce that has a little kick!

Be sure to say hi and congratulations to our front of house manager Zoe as this will be her last weekend with us. Zoe and Sam will be having their soft opening at The Lakeside Restaurant & Bar next weekend and we are wishing them the very best. They will no doubt do an amazing job and we can't wait to eat there!
