Come celebrate the West Elk Wine Trail Weekend with us @ The Storm Cellar

This weekend, we’re trading pizza for poké, crudo, and dumplings while our friends at Bonfire Oyster Co. join us to shuck fresh oysters.

Here’s what we’re bringing:
🥟 Lemongrass Chicken Dumplings
Six crispy potstickers with shoyu-sesame-scallion sauce and chili crunch

🐟 Hamachi Crudo
Thin-sliced hamachi, watermelon, avocado, lime cucumber, shiso, radish, and pickled chile

🍣 Yellowfin Tuna Poké Bowls
Marinated ahi tuna, coconut sticky rice, avocado, cucumber, edamame, cabbage, seaweed, carrot, scallion, chili crisp, sesame oil, gluten-free shoyu, and optional crispy wontons

Bonfire Oyster Co. will be alongside us doing what they do best, shucking fresh oysters to pair with The Storm Cellar’s beautiful wines and those unbeatable vineyard views.

Come and see us this month!

July is shaping up with a full roster of events, and we are here for it! 🍕

We’ll be holding down Saturdays at The Storm Cellar, Sundays at Chrysalis Barrel Aged Beer, and closing out the month with a Friday stop at The Yarrow Taproom.

Naturally leavened pizzas, next level noshes, life-changing cookies, cold drinks, good humans, and summer doing its thing across the North Fork Valley.

Come celebrate the North Fork Uncorked with us @ Storm Cellar Wine!

We’re back at one of the most beautiful spots in the valley! This weekend only, we're linking up once again with our friends at Bonfire Oyster Co. and Storm Cellar Wine for a weekend built around fresh seafood, bright flavors, mountain air, and some of the best wine coming out of Colorado! There will be BUBBLES TOO!

This week, Best Slope is stepping away from our regular pizza programming and bringing a focused special-event menu of Poké, Hamachi Crudo, and Dumplings.

North Fork Uncorked weekend is here, and The Storm Cellar is once again the place to be.

We’re back for Year 5, linking up with our friends at Bonfire Oyster Co. for another full-send weekend of beautiful wine, fresh oysters, poké, crudo, and dumplings.

On the Best Slope side:

Five crispy chicken lemongrass potstickers, shoyu-sesame-scallion sauce, chili crunch

🐟 Hamachi Crudo Aguachile
