So the latest news is...I have taken a job with BNSF railroad in Aberdeen SD and I start the 31st of Oct. So sad to say I am no longer going to be setting up the smoker in town or any other place, in fact it is up for sale. I do want to thank all my customers for your support over the last two years I have loved every minute of it and have thoroughly enjoyed meeting and visiting everyone.

Cappy's is setting up today in Edgemont for the Annual Mud Run - he's got pulled pork sandwiches and ribs AND will be there during lunch and supper!!! Food and Mud....its sure to be a good time =)

Cappy will be set up in his usual spot in Hot Springs with the usual pulled pork sandwiches and the other big time favorite - Baby Back Ribs!! The smokewagon season may wrap up before you know it so come enjoy them while you can =)

We will be set up on the route 18 bypass for an open house for the Debours chiropractor office next to the health and fitness place from 3:00 to 7:00 Pm. Come and check out the new office and what they have to offer. There will also be activities for the kids.

So things are going really well up in Hill City! The bikers are lovin' the baby backs and Cappy is making LOTS of pulled pork sandwiches =)

Come and find us this Sunday through Wednesday up at Three Forks - the junction of Hwy 385 & 16 north of Hill City. We will be set up there for the Sturgis Rally and have pulled pork and baby backs every day!!!
