To Our Loyal, Incredible, Amazing Customers in Hot Springs and Surrounding Areas:

Our family has poured years of sacrifice, hard work, and love into this business. But we know we are only here because of you—our loyal customers. You are the reason our legacy continues. You’ve become part of our family, and we are forever grateful for your trust, your love, and your support through the years.

Out of respect for you—we feel it’s important to clarify: our family is no longer associated with this location.

The only two locations proudly owned and operated by our family are located in Little Rock and Benton.

This is the only time we will address this.

Due to unforeseen management circumstances, we have decided to part ways and continue operating our restaurant solely as a family. As such, the Hot Springs location is no longer associated with the Alvarez and Morales family. We look forward to starting fresh and embracing our roots.

Throwback Thursday to 1988 — the beginning of a dream called La Hacienda. The Alvarez family, straight from Michoacán, México- chasing something bigger than fear. Momma Alvarez in the middle — holding the dream, the recipe, and all of us together.
A mom in the middle — the pillar, the fire, the faith. Around her, her children — wide-eyed, hopeful, and unaware that they were standing in the very first chapter of a dream called La Hacienda Mexican Restaurant.

We were the Alvarez family, freshly migrated from México, carrying nothing but recipes from home, hard work in our bones, and a vision bigger than any fear.
This wasn’t just about opening a restaurant. It was about survival, legacy, and love.
Today, we look back not just with pride, but with awe.
Because from that tiny moment, a whole future was built.
One plate at a time. One prayer at a time. One sacrifice at a time.
