If you live in the area or are a guest enjoying our city, we hope to provide you with friendly service and a quality dining experience. So, be sure to call ahead or check out the “Specials Board” when you arrive. The sides that accompany the Specials of the Day vary, but will usually include bread and your choice of two vegetables from the vegetables of the day. We offer Dine In / Carry - Out / and Catering! We would love to book your Special Events - Using our Dining Room during or after hours. Phil Dugan began his journey in the restaurant business in 1970. He started when he was fifteen years old working at Jud's Steak House. He then worked twenty-six years for Western Sizzlin Steak House. In June of 2001, he opened Phil's Family Restaurant and in February of 2014 what is today, Phil’s Restaurant – 2900 Central Avenue. Phil's offers the best in southern style home cooking - just like home, but without the mess! :-)

We wanted to let everyone know that we will be serving BREAKFAST ALL DAY every day starting Monday, January 5th.
We will serve lunch and dinner as always starting at 11:00 Daily.

We OPEN at 7:00 each day and close at 6:00 PM weekdays and 2:30 PM on weekends.

We wanted to let everyone know we will ReOpen on Saturday.
Our plans were for tomorrow, but we didn’t realize Sam’s was closed today and we were unable to get orders from our other suppliers for tomorrow.

Sorry for the inconvenience, but we look forward to seeing everyone starting again on Saturday at 7:00 am!
