As we near the end of the construction phase of Vinyl Pies Pizza in Vincennes, Indiana, we're entering one of the most exciting stages of this journey. Soon, for several weeks, we'll be decorating, painting, and adding all the details that will transform this newly rebuilt space into the fun, friendly and welcoming atmosphere Vinyl Pies is known for! 🎸💫🎶😃❤️

Before we move into that next chapter, we want to take a moment to express our sincere gratitude to the incredible team that is helping with this project.
Months ago, Steve Wolfe and his wife traveled all the way to The Town of Hot Springs, NC, to visit our original Vinyl Pies location. After posting a picture of them enjoying a pizza, we received message after message from people in Indiana telling us what remarkable people they are and what an outstanding reputation they had. We quickly learned that every one of those comments was spot on!

From our General Contractor and his crew, to the painters, electricians, plumbers, and masonry professionals, and every person who has worked in this space has been skilled, dedicated, and committed to doing quality work. Just as importantly, they have been genuinely kind people and have become new friends!

Thank you to each and every person who has played a role in this journey up to this point. We can't wait to show you the finished product and welcome you into Vinyl Pies 2. The best is yet to come! 😃🍕❤️.

Now, off to Hot Springs, NC to make yummy pizzas the 5 days and give our “totally awesome” manager, Erica, a break! 🩷

Happy 9th Birthday to the queen behind our pizza topper, Ziggy! 🎉🐾
At Vinyl Pies, Ziggy isn’t just part of the family, she’s the inspiration behind our Ziggy Pizza Dust. What started as a fun signature seasoning has officially become a customer favorite! We love hearing all the creative ways you use it at home.

So far we’ve heard: garlic toast, burgers, mac & cheese and eggs.

We know some of y’all are culinary geniuses so in honor of Ziggy turning “9” today, if you have an additional ideas, we’d love to hear them 😃. Or better yet, stop in, Hot Springs Vinyl Pies, and get youself a bottle of the good stuff. ✨

Today was a special day!

The love and support from the entire Vincennes community has meant so much to us. From Mayor Joe stopping by, to Ellen, our Community Relations Coordinator with the Downtown Vincennes Association, to our very first hire Jake showing up to be part of it… it just felt like the whole town was behind us.
We were surrounded by business neighbors, new friends, and of course our own crew—our kids and grandkids who will be on this journey with us, and even our dog, Dr. Drea-all there to welcome something really special to Main Street.
A huge thank you to Wolfe Construction. Their entire team has been incredible throughout this renovation. We’re not finished yet, but we’re so grateful for the care, hard work, and heart they’ve poured into this project, especially Will and Steve for safely delivering and placing our beautiful oven in its new home.
This is more than just a pizza place to us, it’s something we’re building with our children and this community. And today reminded us just how lucky we are. Vincennes, thank you! We can’t wait to open our doors (fingers crossed-mid August!)

If you see something BIG rolling through Vincennes between 4:15–4:45… nope, you’re not dreaming.
That’s our 8,000 lb Marra Forni oven making its grand entrance!
This oven is the beauty behind every perfectly blistered crust, every bite you can’t stop thinking about… and today it’s coming to its new home.
We literally took out the entire front wall of our new Vinyl Pies to get it inside (because… go big or go home, right?). Next up: replacing it with a garage door so you can see the magic happen 🍕🔥

Today’s a beautiful day in Hot Spring, North Carolina☀️🚵

After just over 19 months since Hurricane Helene shook our little mountain town, our beloved library is reopening in its original home. Restored with care, patience, and an incredible amount of heart, the Hot Springs Library (part of the Madison County Library system) is once again a place where stories, learning, and community events will take place!

We are so grateful to our library staff, thank you for your devotion through uncertainty, operating in temporary spaces, never losing sight of your purpose! To every person who helped restore this precious space, you are amazing! 

If you never had the chance to visit Hot Springs, NC before September 27, 2024, you’ve missed something special.
But if you haven’t visited since… then you’re missing something even bigger than “special”, you’re missed something POWERFUL: this town’s grit, it’s resiliency and people showing up for people time and time again (from all over our globe)!

The Town of Hot Springs, NC is tiny but we have the heart of a lion! A quiet but unwavering belief that we will not give up!

Lastly, please know this:
We’re still rebuilding. We still need you.
We need your visits, your smiles, your hugs, your continued encouragement!
