A huge thank you to all of our LEC staff we are supper grateful for all your hard work and pulling together to make all this happen this has been a big day but with the right team and a amazing wife anything is possible. Thanks for all our customers who trusted us today with a part of some very special events. Thanks Smith for your platters and muffins order for your very special day. Also thanks you to Angie Wisdom for your platters for your event this morning. Then we were invited to be a part with the food trailer for the ribbon cutting of the new disc golf course thanks Troy for a outstanding turnout from 10-12:00 you kept us on the move thanks for the invite and very nice course. At our downtown cafe we hosted 30 members of the the Gateway chapter of the Oregon/California Trail Association these people are very interesting to listen to also thanks for asking us to cater your lunch today and thanks for your interest in Kansas. Then to close out the night we got to cater Adler and Allie Koontz wedding reception meal 380 chicken fried steaks, mashed potatoes green beans salad and roll. Thanks so much for trusting us with your rehearsal meal yesterday and then today’s event was amazing you definitely had a great crowd we appreciate your choosing us to be a part of your big day.
