Good morning, everyone! ☀️

The Scratch Kitchen is open today at 11:00 AM. Our kitchen will be serving until 8:00 PM.

We will continue with these hours until further notice.

We are still awaiting our liquor license approval, so at this time we are not serving alcohol. Please note we are NOT BYOB.

Thank you for your continued support and patience as we get everything in place. We had an incredible first weekend meeting many of you and we can’t wait for the week ahead!

We are continuing our soft opening week! We are open for lunch and dinner today and tomorrow. 11am - 9pm.

While we are not serving alcohol as we await our liquor license, we have plenty of delicious dishes for you to enjoy.

The Scratch Kitchen is a new concept inspired by everything we’ve learned and loved over the years. Think of it as a spin-off from Gallo’s—featuring some of your favorite Gallo’s classics alongside new chef-driven dishes, fresh flavors, and exciting additions.

While we do not have the same menu, don’t worry…all of the Gallo’s favorites you’ve come to know and love will still be available at Gallo’s Seafood on the Boulevard.

Our goal with The Scratch Kitchen is simple. We wish to create a warm, welcoming neighborhood spot where quality ingredients, scratch-made food, and genuine hospitality come together.

Thank you for your patience, excitement, and support as we get closer to our Grand Opening. We can’t wait to share what’s next.

Big news! We’re opening The Scratch Kitchen by Gallo’s!

Join us for our soft opening week starting today while we wait for the transfer of our liquor license. While we are not yet serving alcohol, we have some delicious dishes for you to check out. We’ll be serving a limited menu as we put the finishing touches on everything, but we’d love for you to stop by, check out the space, and be part of the beginning with us.
