With beef prices at record highs, brisket has become incredibly expensive. After trimming, seasoning, slow-smoking and slicing it, our cost was actually higher than high-grade ribeyes. We made the difficult decision to take it off the menu.

But we heard you loud and clear—you want your brisket back.
