The Rusty Pot is looking for dependable, hardworking people to join our team. We have openings in both our kitchen and bakery:

🍽️ Dishwasher / Prep Person — Back of House (BOH)
This is a fast-paced kitchen, and we’re looking for someone who takes pride in working hard and helping the team keep things running smoothly. Responsibilities include washing and sanitizing dishes and kitchen equipment, keeping the dish area clean and organized, and assisting with basic food preparation as needed. The right person is reliable, stays focused, follows directions, and is willing to jump in wherever help is needed. Kitchen or food-prep experience is helpful.

🧁 Experienced Baker
We’re seeking a seasoned baker with strong baking skills and the ability to work efficiently while maintaining quality and consistency. Responsibilities may include measuring and preparing ingredients, mixing batters and doughs, baking and finishing products, keeping the work area clean, and following recipes and food-safety practices. We’re looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, dependable, and able to manage baking tasks in a timely manner.
