Our burger starts with a chuck + brisket patty ground in-house, topped with melty American cheese, soy-braised onions, and demi mayo, all tucked into a buttery brioche bun.

You know the dish is good when the staff still orders it two years later.

Our Chicken-Bacon Meatballs have been on the menu since we opened for a reason. Rich shawarma cream sauce, lemon braised cabbage, pickled red onions, curly endive… every single part works.

And if you know, you know: add bread or fries to soak up the sauce. Non-negotiable.

She’s back 🐟

Our Tuna Tataki has returned to the Pink Ivy menu! Elegant, fresh, and a little bit dramatic (in the best way). Hawaiian bluefin tuna, lightly seared and delicately sliced, resting over house-made green curry edamame hummus. Finished with tomato, cucumber, micro cilantro, and a silky ginger ponzu drizzle.

It’s the kind of dish that doesn’t need to announce itself… but absolutely gets remembered. Available only on the dinner menu.
