WE’RE BACK @ the Minnesota State Fair! And we’re so excited it’z finally DAY 1!

Last year, our Caramel Apple Sucker Ice Cream quickly became a fan favorite and we’re hoping it earnz a permanent spot on your State Fair must-eat list. Made with local dairy, house-made caramel, and all the sweet, tart nostalgia of a caramel apple sucker.

The 2026 State Fair iz just around the corner, and we’re celebrating with flavorz that truly scream “Minnesota State Fair.” We’re kicking thingz off with a pint of Mini Donut Ice Cream, followed by a 3-pack of wild Midwestern favoritez. Using french friez and deep-fried cheese curdz from Pub 819 we’ve turned some of the fair’z most iconic savory snackz into sweet-and-salty ice cream masterpiecez that’ll transport you straight to the fairgroundz, no ticket required.

Oh yeah, don't forget about our signature banana bread made into coffee cake, layered with a buttery cinnamon streusel. It'z unlike any other pint of ice cream you've ever had.
