Exciting news on the horizon... Rutter's #117 4517 business 220 off the turnpike interchange in Bedford will be opening very soon! Mini Melts Ice Cream has been installed and ready for opening!! ( for the brownie and banana split lovers, those flavors are coming soon to the freezer)

We are located in Somerset County Pennsylvania but we service Central Pennsylvania from the New York border to the Mason Dixon Line. We spread East and West from Greensburg to Harrisburg. We also service West Virginia and Maryland within those imaginary lines of Pa. We are currently in Romney, Fort Ashby and Keyser WV. We are also found in Frostburg, Oakland and Deep Creek Maryland.
