Chef’s Workshop is a shared use commercial kitchen provider with 4 professionally equipped certified kitchens available for rent on an hourly basis. Unique to the Birmingham area, our convenient 5,000 square foot facility enables caterers, bakers, food entrepreneurs, and aspiring chefs the opportunity to start or expand their business in a legitimate certified facility, with minimal risk, cost, and hassle.

Several years ago Kwame was a featured Chef utilizing Chefs Workshop for several events. I lost track of his career but came across this bio in the Centurion Lounge at DFW Airport. With several top restaurants ( #1 in New York City) in the country and even some global recognition he has made quite a name in the culinary world.
