Hello Folks,
As I am sure many have already heard, the restaurant and bar were shut down today, I will do my very best to explain why.

There is nothing at all wrong with the Kitchen or the restaurant in any way shape or form. That is fact.

The problem arises from a missed insurance audit that was to be conducted by the New York Health Department, INSURANCE is the issue.

Please know JC and Kara are working diligently to get this old issue cleaned up and resolved as soon as possible.

Again I find myself asking for understanding and patience.

Also, The Golf Course Remains Open

I wanted to thank all the folks that have recently (and not so recently) taken the time to stop me, here at the restaurant, in a corner store or Supermarket or even the gas station to say, hey, I hear you guys are killing it down there. I want you, each and every one of you to know how much that is appreciated and shared throughout our staff.
We do our best to cook everything, here, on premises. I do my best to buy the very best of what ever ingredients we use, every time and I wholeheartedly believe that makes a difference.
So on behalf of my coworkers, thank you to all of our customers, well wishers and members. If it weren’t for you I wouldn’t be able to do what I do so love, even after all these years.

Hello from The Kitchen at Hoosick Falls Country Club.
On the dreary and wet summer night, I have some tasty treats ready and waiting for the brave souls who may venture out this evening.
We are rapidly approaching, the best time of year to be a Cook, fresh everything from tomatoes, herbs, zucchini, beans, cucumbers, so much, at peak of their goodness. In the next month, make it a point to dine somewhere that is using, showcasing what’s fresh and local. You will be glad you did!
