We are looking to add one more team member for server/host! With all the college kids fleeing the Gorge, we have an opening for part-time, 3 to 4 nights a week. 18+ please. New Sake specials dropping today! I had the pleasure of meeting and hearing from the brewer at Tensei in Kanagawa. A bright refreshing taste sake, a nod to Kanagawa’s surfer culture of long Summers and laid-back vibes. Honjozo is a style where a small amount of distilled alcohol is blended in for a lighter, dryer crisp flavor.
Tengu Mai is a nutty, earthy Kimoto Junmai. (Similar to Bunraku, our past best seller) Kimoto is a special process using labor intensive hand-mixing of yeast creating more lactic acid and umami flavors.
Hakutsuru is one of the largest producers in America, so a very approachable easy-drinking Ginjo style.

A note on heat related early closures-we are constantly monitoring our dining room, so when the temperature inside becomes uncomfortable for staff and customers, we may decide to close early. Fun weekend getting out on the water in Cathlamet! The Lewis and Clark Wildlife refuge is over 12,000 acres, 20 islands, at a spot where the river is almost 8 miles wide! The ferry is a blast, always wild to be charging towards a huge tanker!
