After seven incredible years as the owner — and many more years before that as an employee — the time has come for our restaurant to close its doors. This decision has not been easy, and it comes with a very heavy heart.
This place has been part of my family’s story for generations. My grandparents poured 44 years of their lives into business (32 years in Honor) creating not just a business, but a home away from home for so many people. I grew up watching their dedication, their sacrifices, and their love for serving this community. To be able to carry that legacy forward has been one of the greatest honors of my life.
Over the years, we’ve shared more than meals together. We’ve shared birthdays, anniversaries, first dates, family traditions, and countless conversations across these tables. We’ve watched families grow, kids turn into adults, and regular customers become lifelong friends. That’s something I will always treasure.
To our loyal customers: thank you for supporting us, believing in us, and choosing us time and time again. Every visit, every kind word, every recommendation, and every smile meant more than you know. You kept our doors open and our spirits high, even during the toughest times.
To my staff, past and present: thank you for your hard work, your dedication, and the pride you took in serving our guests. You helped create the welcoming environment that people came back for again and again.
Closing this chapter is incredibly emotional, but I’m deeply grateful for the memories, the lessons, and the relationships that came from it. While the doors may be closing, the impact this restaurant has had on my life — and hopefully on yours — will never fade.
