Lightly breaded in kopi breadcrumb crust, the Pork Cutlet is comfort food on another level.
The pork is sourced from Mountain View Farms where the pigs are raised with exceptional care and given a clean, plant-based diet. We serve it over our twist on gribiche, a classic French-style tartar sauce made with hard-boiled egg, then layered with braised red cabbage for a sweet-sour balance and finished with a bright lilikoi gastrique to bring it all together.
