Lightly breaded in kopi breadcrumb crust, the Pork Cutlet is comfort food on another level.

The pork is sourced from Mountain View Farms where the pigs are raised with exceptional care and given a clean, plant-based diet. We serve it over our twist on gribiche, a classic French-style tartar sauce made with hard-boiled egg, then layered with braised red cabbage for a sweet-sour balance and finished with a bright lilikoi gastrique to bring it all together.

We’re expanding our wine list and adding a special, rotating panel featuring two producers a month—a chance to explore bottles you don’t see every day.

For our first feature, we’re highlighting Jean-François Ganevat, a legendary producer in Jura, alongside one of our favorites, Daniel Landi and Commando G from Spain. For each featured producer, we’ll highlight 5-10 wines each month. It’s a lineup of rare, cult icon status wines we’re genuinely excited to share.

The Vincent Van Nogh plays with contradiction—taking something known for its intensity and reworking it into something more nuanced, built layer by layer.

Inspired by a classic cocktail put together by St. George Spirits, our version leans into both a house-made root beer syrup and non-alcoholic absinthe. Combined, these flavors bring out beautiful minty root beer notes from sarsaparilla, complimented by a light, refreshing herbal edge of black licorice and anise.

This one’s proof that intensity isn’t the only way to leave an impression. The Vincent Van Nogh, now pouring at Fête.

Our Chicken Liver Mousse is a velvety pâté made with J. Ludovico Farm’s premium chicken livers, butter, and aromatic seasonings. This signature dish, served with a sweet and savory sour cherry red onion marmalade, pickled okra and toasted bread, is a chef’s kiss in every bite.

We’re especially grateful and proud to partner with , who were impacted by the recent Kona Low storms.
