Experience an elevated Chef’s Choice Omakase Dinner, available Sunday through Thursday at 7:00 PM. Priced at $140 per person, this curated dining experience features 12 to 14 courses, including dessert, showcasing the chef’s selection of seasonal ingredients and premium seafood.

Guests may choose their chef for the evening: Chef Jon, Chef Yuhei, Chef Nixon, or Chef Curt.

Each chef brings their own unique style, technique, and perspective to the menu, creating a personalized omakase experience that changes with the season and the chef’s inspiration.

This higher-tier omakase offering allows for the inclusion of more exotic and premium fish, giving guests the opportunity to enjoy rare selections, refined preparations, and a truly memorable progression of flavors from start to finish.
