Who are J&B?
Aloha World! J here. So this is our story in a nutshell..
On the verge of Serino’s Pizza Manoa’s impending closing, Jason Nomura (J) & Brian Flanders (B), one day got together and came up with the idea to buy all of the pizza-making equipment from the owner to “keep the dough going”. After some negotiating, we decided it best to have a clean start with a new name as well, so J&B Pizza Manoa was born out of the ashes! Like we tell all of the Manoans.. Same pizza, different name!
What J&B Do
We are inspired by the flavors on New York City and serve pizza by-the-slice, calzones, and strombolis. Our crust is made fresh (NEVER frozen), in the house and can be substituted with a gluten-free crust. We are also the home of the only Meatball Pizza and ranch dressing pizzas on the island. Can’t make it to our Mānoa Marketplace location? We also deliver through Bite Squad, GrubHub, Door Dash, and Uber Eats!
