Wanted to make a fun dessert using Malasadas for a Portuguese Theme Wine Dinner Menu.

Decided to make it Local Hawaiian/Portuguese by adding homemade Kulolo Sauteed with brown butter Cinnamon Apples, Hawaiian Honey Vanilla Bean Ice Cream and a Haupia Sauce.

Ever since I learned how to make Kulolo I’ve been trying to use it in my desserts more, just can’t get over it, it taste so good.
