Crackin’ Kitchen is located at the corner of Seaside and Kuhio Avenues in Waikiki. The restaurant’s American Seafood menu was inspired by using Cajun spice as Crackin’ Kitchen’s signature cuisine. Michelin Star Chef Takeshi Omae brought his knowledge and experiences to the table and perfected Crackin’ Kitchen’s signature flavor – Hawaiian Cajun.
